JEE Main 2016 Ranks list out,
JEE Main 2016: The All India Ranks (AIR) of aspiting candidates will be based on their JEE Main score (60 per cent weightage) and Class 12 scores (40 per cent weightage).
Joint Entrance Exam Main 2016 rank list has been announced on June 23 on the official websites – http://www.josaa.nic.in. The paper I and paper II offline exam were conducted on April 3 and paper I online exam on April 9 and April 10, 2016. About 12 lakh students have appeared for the off-line mode.
The All India Ranks (AIR) of the candidates will be based on their JEE Main score (60 per cent weightage) and Class 12 scores (40 per cent weightage).
On the basis of JEE Main 2016 rank list, admission will be granted to the candidates in B.E /B Tech in engineering institutions including NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
Only the AIR is used for admissions to while other ranks are for information purposes.
The students can also get the rank list on mobile, pc and tablets athttp://www.bing.com. The Bing’s knowledge graph can help students to make informed choice post the results as the tool allows them a quick access to important information such as cutoffs, placements, college ranking, et al.
